Waitlist

For now, the wait list function is NOT active on Penji. We'll update this page if/when it becomes active again.

Drop-In Appointments

A 'Drop-In' is an appointment that is scheduled less than 2 hours before the appointment start time. The main differences between a regular appointment and a drop in are:

  • The FOA will help you book it.
  • You can have a drop-in appointment even if your account is disabled due to absences/marked missed.
  • Drop-In appointments can be scheduled in slots where another client didn't show up by the time they would be marked missed.

Drop-ins can happen in person or virtually including at our Satellite locations. Please note, even for a drop-in appointment you will need a Penji account!
